We arrive with a professional 3D camera on a tripod. It turns 360° and measures the room with LiDAR – millimetre by millimetre.
The model
The whole home seen from outside as a model. Buyers grasp the layout at a glance – which rooms sit next to each other.
01How it works
Three steps. No software to learn, no files to send.
Pick an address and a time slot. A technician comes out with professional scanning equipment. The visit takes about an hour.
Our editor assembles the 3D model, fixes the details and publishes the tour. Usually two to three working days.
Link, embed code and QR code are ready in the portal. Put the link on the listing, embed the tour on your site, add the QR code to the sign.
Delivery
The tour is hosted on our domain and loads fast. No files to send, no external account, no link that expires. Everything sits in the portal alongside status, bookings and invoices.
Hosting is included in every subscription and free for the first year with a one-time purchase.

Your account is a business account
When you sign up, your company gets its own account with an account number, case numbers and colleagues — and one invoice a month, payable within 30 days. Before the account is approved, you confirm your e-mail and phone number, and we check the company in the Danish CVR register.
05Questions
You pick a morning or afternoon when booking. We confirm a precise arrival window by SMS the day before at the latest.
Usually a few working days after the scan. You get a notice in the portal, and the link and embed code appear on the tour.
From kr 599/mo or kr 4.499 as a one-time purchase, excl. VAT. Payment is only charged once the tour is delivered.
Apartments, houses and commercial spaces. Right now we scan in Zealand — more areas are coming. If the property is elsewhere, write to us and we'll let you know when we get there.
Yes. You cancel in the portal under the terms of your plan. Switching plans means cancelling and creating a new subscription.
The tour is live. Buyers walk in — even after hours.
